This new system is designed to be "drop and stand off" utilising wifi covert cameras with wireless connection to a mifi boxed unit. Inturn connected to the internet using a P2P type connection for a live audio/video stream from the target zone.
The core CCTV unit is built around the power pack so we need to know you stand off period and if system will be one hit or swapped out for longer periods. The system will send motion alerts based on light changes so will detect activity in dark conditions but ideally the target area needs to be lit.
HD recording is constant to the microSD mounted in the DVR, this can be downloaded remotely or replayed on a PC or Mac away from site. Hence the idea of swapping out the system some days into the operation.
By designing the system in a modular form multiple cameras in different hides can be supplied with only one 3 or 4G mifi unit needed.
Pay as you go data is good as its easy to assign operation costs.
We have used this system successfully in Europe and North America using different mifi's compatible with local mobile data networks.

***New Covert Pinhole camera 1080p HD with lens options ***
This new camera has been developed by covert.tv for close view of keystrokes and screen activity where spyware is not deployable.
There are a number of pinhole zoomed lenses to complement the standard 90 deg unit - we would recommend multi unit fit to cover the various views needed to glean data.
The camera imager spec is based on a Sony 322 1/2 chip set , with an output of HD1080p 2MP using the TVI transmission format and lesser TVL via composite video format at D1 quality
The best results a HD TVI DVR running at 25ips with large Hdd.
Micro Digital Video Recorder - "drop and go operations"
This new device is a DVR that records to micro SD flash drive (256Gb max) - there are a selection of pinhole or wide angle lenses, it works well in dark conditions.
The DVR is programmed via a PC and once activated runs the particuler program.
The recording quality is fantastic being HD, will operate in real time, reduced fps and time lapse along with Video Motion detect options.
Operating on a 2000mAh battery at 1080x720 pixels at 15fps will consume 40Gbs of SD memory.

We take a well proven and known DVR from the security industry and re engineer to suit the clients requirements, (smaller, quieter less power etc). This ensures the DVR is correct for the operation and remains evidentially sound should the inteillgence become evidence.
The DVR has a massive arrangement of selectable options, records to any SATA based SSD or Hdd drive and will connect to the internet for remote operation.

This micro unit combines a Router and wifi Access Point operates at 5Vdc at 60 to 200mA
Very stable, offering local connection to the Covert system locally via wifi or connection the internet via DDNS when used with a Modem.

These pair work together well, overcoming the WAN IP issue. The modem needs a mobile broadband data SIM - there are many out on the market most are not suitable (best to discuss data plans)

Audio FM transmitter - Spuknic
Top end micro transmitter, very stable xtal controlled device with the best Knowles microphone for the clearest pick up.
This device operates between 3 & 6Vdc drawing approx 10-20mA. It has a usable range of 60 to 80 meters even more with good line of sight.
A range of frequencies are available, Radio scanners make for usable receivers but for longer range & simple operation a fixed receiver is better.
Telephone Audio FM transmitter - Bespoke
Top end micro transmitter, very stable xtal controlled device with hard wire options into the handset - good for new IP & VOIP telephones.
This device operates between 3 & 6Vdc drawing approx 10-20mA. where the phone is POE powered a parasitic tap can be made. It has a usable range of 60 to 80 meters even more with good line of sight.
A range of frequencies are available, Radio scanners make for usable receivers but for longer range & simple operation a fixed receiver is better.

The PCB tracker can be moulded into many shaped to fit the tightest hides, the GPS receiver is very sensitive and works well in vehicles even sealed metal lorries. the charging is via the new inductive method.

Antennas
A core component in any RF propagation system is the coax selected to suit the application.
Antennas need to be understood in theory and them deployed in practice and are still a black art rather then a science, we have a range to suit any application from in house designs to purchased bespoke units.

Where an Access Point is used, connection is limited to typically 100m or less but is free of charge and good for down loading large volumes of data from the DVR's HDD/SSD.
Where a Modem is connected to the Router and a suitable data plan in service full access over the internet will be available.
Note the Cellsites bandwidth needs to broad enough with a good signal for reliable operation.
We would suggest remote connection is for dipping in and managing whereas the DVR records full time to the HDD/SSD storage.
System Apps work better than Internet Explorer as they are less complicated.
